That harpsichord sample does something to my brain I simply can't explain. It's a disturbingly beautiful and thought-provoking piece that's stood the test of time.

Another chill banger from FIFA. I mean, Jungle are like the most universally easy-listening band. With awesome vocals and a groovy bassline, it doesn't get much more uplifting and easy-going than this.

I might be a little bit of a Madness fan. Sure, ska music is overly cheesy and goofy, but I think they strike a good balance. A proper white-people banger that's a good listen every time you stick it on.

In slight contrast to "Our House", we have an ambient jungle/DnB song. To try to put it into cohesive words, I think the progressive nature of the track, along with its large but empty sound and incredible reese bass and snare sounds, does it for me. Unfortunately, the random heavy amen break of the track kind of ruins the end of the song for me, as much as it makes sense for a "progressive" style track.

This is my favourite Radiohead song, fight me. Whilst I do prefer Pyramid Song in pretty much every single way, I find myself listening to this more. It is a nice palatable balance of Radiohead that I can listen to on repeat. I find myself getting really invested listening as the song slowly builds and progresses; the guitar and arpeggios eventually consume the song in an atmospheric bliss of sound.

Found this track from an Instagram reel of one of the Cardinals playing this tune at the recent conclave. It's a super fun and groovy dance track that I could totally conclave to.

This song is essentially Lady Hear Me Tonight's sibling, and given the nature of a Top 50, I've had to choose a favourite child. You can't beat this era of dance music with its simple sampling and groovy drums.

Holy fuck that opening lead synth is unreal. Don't get me wrong, the rest of the song is also great, but that Daft Punk-style processing and filtering is done arguably better than the French robots. An easy-listening track and a very recent addition to the list. You can thank Mel for that one.

I will always try to find the musical pulse before the drums kick in, and to this day I still can't. It's such a complex and fascinating song that sucks me into its rhythmic maze every time. Massive fan of the vocals on this track, and love the classic slow progression from emptiness to fullness, especially when those drums come in.

Definitely one of the more polarising songs on this list. What starts as a tame, reflective indie pop song suddenly builds up to one of the most powerful EDM drops I've ever heard. It's not crazy like techno or hardstyle; it just flips the mellow vibes of this song into an ascension into another world. I fucking love this track with how intense it gets.

Another classic dance track from the late 90s. I really don't understand why we stopped making this type of music; it's genuinely addictive. This track is tamer than other dance tracks on this list; however, it still provides plenty of groove.

In contrast to the emotional and heartfelt tracks on this list, this early 2000s-inspired dance track does not take itself seriously at all. It is, however, an absolute bop. That lead electric piano is addictive to listen to, and the sound design really sells the era this track is trying to take inspiration from.

A very chill and upbeat song that samples an old 70s track. If you're looking for something to beef up your study playlist, I can't recommend this one enough. The vibes are simply unreal, even if the constant panning can be a bit draining on the ears.
